A basic certification means that your document will be translated and a declaration of accuracy signed by us will be attached to the translated document, together with a copy of the document from which the translation was made.
Our seal will be affixed to the certification and a reference number will be assigned to each document that we translate, which will also appear in the translated document.
Basic certification is what is most often required, such as for submission of documents to the Home Office (in immigration or citizenship cases for example), letters and other documents for insurance companies, academic and educational institutions, UK Naric, employers in the UK, banks and the Passport Agency.
Translated documents for submission to UK courts are usually certified before a Solicitor and documents for use abroad are sometimes required to be certified before a Notary Public. In some cases legalisation at the Foreign Office (Apostille) and/or further consular legalisation is also required.
Our minimum fee for translation with our basic certification is only £62, including VAT. This fee applies for translation of up to 440 words in total. If your document is larger or you have multiple documents submit a copy to us and we will get back to you with a firm quote.
If you have any questions at all, contact us and we will do our best to clarify any doubts.
