The document will be translated and a statement of accuracy in the form of a statutory declaration signed by us before a solicitor will be attached to the translated document, together with a copy of the document from which the translation was made.
Our seal will be affixed to the certification and a reference number will be assigned to each document that we translate, which will also appear in the translated document.
The solicitor certification is usually required where documents will be submitted to UK courts. We have provided solicitor certified translations of claim forms, statements, letters, personal and other documents for this purpose, mainly for law firms.
If the certified translation is to be submitted to private companies in the UK or government authorities, a basic certification is usually acceptable.
Translated documents for use abroad are usually certified before a Notary Public, and in some cases legalisation at the Foreign Office (Apostille) and/or further consular legalisation is also required.
Our minimum fee for translation with solicitor certification is only £77, including VAT. This fee applies for translation of up to 440 words in total. If your document is larger or you have multiple documents submit a copy to us and we will get back to you with a firm quote.
If you have any questions at all, contact us and we will do our best to clarify any doubts.
