The document will be translated and a statement of accuracy in the form of a statutory declaration signed by us before a Notary Public will be attached to the translated document, together with a copy of the document from which the translation was made.
Our seal will be affixed to the certification and a reference number will be assigned to each document that we translate, which will also appear in the translated document.
The Notary Public certification, or Notarised Translation, is usually required where documents will be submitted to organisations and government authorities abroad. In some cases legalisation at the Foreign Office (Apostille) and/or further consular legalisation is also required.
If the certified translation is to be submitted to private companies in the UK or government authorities, a basic certification is in most cases acceptable and the solicitor certified translation is what is usually required for submission of documents to courts in the UK.
Our minimum fee for translation with Notary Public certification is only £150, including VAT. This fee applies for translation of up to 440 words in total. If your document is larger or you have multiple documents submit a copy to us and we will get back to you with a firm quote.
If you have any questions at all, contact us and we will do our best to clarify any doubts.
